2UpFront Design is a creative design and online agency with a difference: we do what you want!

We work fast and react even quicker. When our clients need us we’re there. Speed it seems is ingrained in our psyche. All of us compete regularly in sporting events up and down the country and it seems to be paying off, for our clients and our waistlines!

Are you looking for a full design and production agency service? Or does your hard-pressed marketing team or in house studio, need a hand? NICK YORK

Business Director

Nick has produced work for all kinds of interesting companies, so he‘s learnt first-hand what works, and also what doesn’t.

When he’s not working his socks off he plays sports or drinks beer, and sometimes he plays sports while drinking beer, though this never ends well.

IAN HIGHLAND

Creative Director

Ian is the flux capacitor in our creative DeLorean output! He has been in the industry long enough to develop successful campaigns for pan-European clients, but not too long that his tummy doesn’t flip whenever a new concept is born.

On a personal level he juggles running a thriving business with family life and whilst this is a lot to juggle there’s still time for more. Taking on challenges from cycling across Scotland, to running the width of England and competing in a Half Iron Man events. Our very own Action Man!

MEGAN GODBER

Account Director

Megan has experience in design and marketing, account management and business development. With plenty of experience under her wings, Megan is committed to going above and beyond for our clients providing them with the best possible service. Never short of a smile or a cup of tea, she is dedicated to making sure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

When she’s not being the effortlessly able entrepreneur, you‘ll find her out running, trying to be the next Paula Radcliffe reaching for that gold medal... jog on! And if that’s not the case then you’ll catch her sipping from a ‘bowl’ of tea! You should see the size of her mug.

KATY ABBOTT

Designer

Katy has been designing locally and in London for the best part of eight years. Creatively she is never stuck for a fresh new idea and is constantly keeping her eye on ‘what’s hot‘ or is that, who’s hot out there. Katy has worked part time with 2UpFront for around five years, so we think she must like us.

When she‘s not designing she can be found clinging to the nearest rock face. If she’s not climbing then she‘ll be out mountain biking or running. To keep herself fit she also attends her local pilates class… we’re not sure how she relaxes!

AMY WHITE

Book Keeper

Amy‘s extremely important role for 2UpFront means at the end of the day we can all eat! Chasing money through the system can be exhausting, however Amy makes it look a breeze and with her trusty Excel she keeps track of everything and everyone. Woe betide you if you are a bad payer though… you don’t want to get on her bad side!

In her spare time (which she insists she doesn’t have any of) Amy juggles two children, school runs, fitness workouts, yoga and a hectic social life. She has also just taken on the massive job of project managing the build of their new house!

STACEY WARD

Business Development Manager

Stacey is our social butterfly. With a background in recruitment and new business Stacey has a track record of winning accounts. Hard working and dedicated, Stacey has a natural ability to grow and develop long lasting relationships keeping everyone happy.

When not in the office Stacey would much rather be galloping across the downs on her horse or jogging along the beautiful seafront. And not to mention if injuries hadn’t taken their toll, we would be seeing Stacey at Wimbledon!
